Cheltenham Construction Management provide a comprehensive range of CDM packages and services for both clients and contractors.
The revised CDM Regulations 2007 have now been in force since April 2007. These regulations apply to all construction projects. Projects which exceed 30 days or 500 man days in duration are notifiable under these regulations and require the appointment of a CDM Co-ordinator.
Cheltenham Construction Management have a dedicated team of CDM Co-ordinators who can advise and assist you as Client, Designer and Contractors, of your duties under the regulations.
