It was created with the idea to give you the answers even before mailing us, thus saving both our and your time. The FAQ will be regularly updated to ensure it includes the majority of questions we receive every day.
01. Where does the name of Naturerep come from?
We strongly believe in keeping reptiles in a naturalistic habitat within the terrarium, where possible. We also try to keep our products "natureopathic", hence the name Nature-rep(tiles) = Naturerep!
02. When was Naturerep founded?
The founder started keeping reptiles and trading back in 1983 in the City of Bath. Since then, the business moved to Cirencester, Charlton Kings, Cheltenham and to this day; Lower Mill Street, Cheltenham. You could say research has been ongoing since 1983! The decision to go into manufacturing and marketing was taken during 1999, three further years of intensive research and development ensued and the company was founded during 2002.
03. Who's behind the site?
The IT is headed by our founder, and assisted by a dedicated Web Development Team.
04. How were the products developed?
The research has been a result of finding inadequate products to suit our own needs on the general market. Upon inception of a concept, we have passed it to various consultants to further develop the product. Then further research and testing helped us finalise each product line. We are continously developing existing and new lines.
05. Can I buy online?
We currently have a link to Cotswold Reptiles Online store, were the whole Naturerep range is available.
06. Are you the same company as Recessive Reptiles?
Our Directors are with both companies.
07. Are you connected to Cotswold Reptiles?
As above, our Directors are the founders and Directors of Cotswold Reptile Centre Ltd. Cotswold distributes Naturerep Reptile Products.
08. How often do you update the site?
The site is updated on a weekly basis.
09. I have a reptile related question, although I'm sure you get hundreds of e-mails per day, can you help me, please?

10. I am a dealer and interested in stocking Naturerep, can I buy direct?

12. Where is your factory located?
Our factory and distribution centre is located in Cheltenham, England.
