Pre-contract:
Preparation of feasibility and budget estimates, cost planning, advice on procurement process, tendering procedures and contract arrangements; preparation of tender documentation for main contract and specialist sub-contracts; examination and review of tenders received, reporting thereon and/or negotiating tender and pricing with a selected contractor and/or sub-contractor.
Pre-qualification:
Management of pre-qualification process and pre-selection of prospective contractors including preparation of pre-qualification questionnaires, price / quality matrices and conducting pre-qualification interviews.
Post-contract:
Preparation of contract documentation; recommendations for interim payments on account to contractor; preparation of regular assessments of anticipated final cost and reporting thereon; measuring work and adjusting variations in accordance with the terms of the contract and preparation of final accounts, pricing same and agreeing totals with contractor.
